The Cloudairy interface is designed to make it easy to create and manage visual projects. The workspace is organized into several key areas that help users access tools, manage boards, and collaborate with teammates.

Main Interface Areas

Sidebar Navigation

The sidebar provides access to the main sections of the platform.

Common sections include:

  • Home

  • Projects

  • Templates

  • Cloudairy AI

  • Resources

  • Workspace settings

The sidebar allows you to quickly switch between projects and tools.

Workspace Selector

The workspace selector allows users to switch between different workspaces and teams.

Organizations often use multiple workspaces for different departments or projects.

Canvas Workspace

The canvas is the main area where users create diagrams and visual designs.

Inside the canvas you can:

  • Add shapes and connectors

  • Insert images and icons

  • Create diagrams

  • Collaborate with teammates

Top Toolbar

The top toolbar contains controls for managing boards and collaboration.
