Steps
Create a new board and add a User Card at the top for the CEO or top manager
Click on each User Card to add a photo, name, role, and email
Add User Cards below for direct reports
Connect cards with lines showing reporting relationships
Use Smart Elements > User Cards for consistent formatting
Arrange cards in hierarchical rows
Group departments together with containers
Use color to highlight departments or levels
Ensure alignment is consistent across the chart
Export as PDF for easy distribution

User Cards automatically format employee information
Org charts are best displayed vertically or horizontally, not diagonally
Keep titles clear and concise
