Grouping organizes related elements together, simplifying manipulation and maintaining relationships.

Steps

  1. Select multiple objects using Ctrl+Click

  2. Select "Group Items" from toolbar

  3. Grouped objects move together and maintain relative positions

  4. Double-click to enter group edit mode and modify individual elements

  5. Ungroup objects by selecting the "ungroup Items" from toolbar

  6. Use layers to manage group visibility and ordering

Notes

  • Grouping prevents accidental separation of related elements

  • Layer organization helps manage complex board content

  • Grouped elements export as a single unit when inside frames
