Steps
Navigate to the board you want to share
Click the "Share" button in the top-right corner of the canvas
Type the email address in the "Add people by email and press enter" field
Select the permission from the "Can View" dropdown (options: Can View, Can Edit, etc.)
Click the purple "Invite" button to send the invitation
The invitee will receive an email with a link to join the board
Once they accept, they'll have access based on their assigned role
Notes
Invitations are sent immediately upon creation
You can invite multiple people at once by entering emails separated by commas
The person receiving the invitation must have a Cloudairy account to accept
You can resend invitations if they expire after 7 days
