Canceling Your Subscription

Cancel your Cloudairy subscription when you no longer need the service. Your access remains active until your billing period ends.

Steps

  1. Click Settings in the bottom-left corner

  2. Navigate to "Billing"

  3. Click "Cancel Plan"

  4. Select "Cancel Subscription" and click on "Cancel Subscription" button

  5. Select a reason for cancellation

  6. Give feedback

  7. Confirm the cancellation in the popup and click on "Cancel Subscription"

  8. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period

Notes

  • Canceled subscriptions remain active through the billing period

  • No refunds are issued for partial months or cancellations

  • Downgrading is an alternative to canceling if you want to keep limited access

  • You can resubscribe at any time after canceling
