Updating Billing Email

Change the email address where your billing statements and invoices are sent. Keep your billing communications up-to-date.

Steps

  1. Click Settings in the bottom-left corner

  2. Go to "Billing"

  3. Click "Overview"

  4. Find the "Billing Email" field

  5. Click to edit and enter your new email address

  6. Verify the new email is correct

  7. Click "Save" or "Update" to apply the change

  8. A confirmation may be sent to both old and new email addresses

Notes

  • Invoices and payment confirmations go to this email address

  • Change this email if you switch email providers or accounts

  • Both workspace email and billing email can be different

  • Ensure the email is checked regularly for billing notifications
