Upgrading

When you upgrade to a higher plan (e.g., Free to Starter, Starter to Business), the change takes effect immediately. You gain instant access to the new plan’s features, including additional AI credits, shapes, integrations, and security capabilities.

For mid-cycle upgrades, you are charged a prorated amount for the remaining days in your billing period. Your new billing rate applies from the next full cycle.

Downgrading

When you downgrade to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to your current plan’s features until then.

Before downgrading, review any features you may lose, such as SSO, advanced integrations, private boards, or higher AI credit allocations. Boards and data are preserved, but some features may become unavailable.

Free Plan

You can downgrade to the Free plan at any time. Your boards will be preserved, but you will be limited to 25 shapes per board, 25 AI credits per month, and low-quality exports.

Enterprise Plan Changes

Enterprise plan changes are managed through your account manager. Contact [email protected] to discuss plan modifications.
