Payment Methods & Invoicing

Cloudairy supports multiple payment methods and offers flexible invoicing options to accommodate your organization’s procurement processes.

Accepted Payment Methods

Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are accepted for all plans.

Bank transfers: Available for annual Enterprise plans. Contact your account manager for bank transfer details.

Purchase orders: Supported for Enterprise customers. Submit POs through your account manager.

Invoicing

Invoices are generated automatically at each billing cycle and sent to the billing administrator’s email address. You can view and download invoices from the Billing section of your workspace settings.

Currency

All Cloudairy plans are priced in USD. Charges are processed in USD, and any currency conversion fees are determined by your payment provider.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Cloudairy will attempt to process it again over the following days. You will receive email notifications about the failed payment. If payment is not resolved, your workspace may be downgraded to the Free plan after a grace period.

Enterprise Invoicing

Enterprise customers can arrange custom invoicing schedules (monthly, quarterly, or annual), purchase orders, and net-30 or net-60 payment terms. Contact [email protected] for details.
