SSO by Plan
Free and Starter: SSO is not available. Users sign in with Google, Office 365, Slack, or email/password.
Business: SSO via SAML 2.0, compatible with most identity providers (IdPs).
Enterprise: SSO via Okta, OneLogin, and Auth0 with dedicated configuration support.
Setting Up SAML 2.0 SSO (Business Plan)
Step 1: Navigate to your workspace Settings and select the Security tab.
Step 2: Click Enable SSO and select SAML 2.0 as the authentication method.
Step 3: Enter your Identity Provider’s metadata URL or upload the metadata XML file.
Step 4: Configure the Assertion Consumer Service (ACS) URL and Entity ID provided by Cloudairy.
Step 5: Test the SSO connection and, once verified, enable it for all workspace members.
Setting Up SSO (Enterprise Plan)
Enterprise customers configuring SSO via Okta, OneLogin, or Auth0 receive dedicated support from Cloudairy’s onboarding team. Contact your account manager or [email protected] to schedule a guided SSO setup session.
Enforcing SSO
Workspace admins can enforce SSO for all members, ensuring that email/password sign-in is disabled and all authentication goes through your identity provider.
