User Management
Enterprise admins can add, remove, and manage workspace members from the Admin Console. Users can be provisioned through SSO (automatic provisioning via SCIM is available for supported identity providers) or manual invitation.
Teams
Organize members into teams to manage access and collaboration. Teams can be aligned with departments, projects, or functional groups. Each team can have its own boards, permissions, and admin settings.
Billing Groups
For large organizations with multiple departments or cost centers, billing groups allow you to allocate costs across different business units. Each billing group can have its own payment method and receive separate invoices.
Permissions & Roles
Organization admin: Full control over workspace settings, billing, security, and user management.
Team admin: Manage members and settings within a specific team.
Editor: Create and edit boards and diagrams.
Viewer: View boards and diagrams in read-only mode.
Audit Logging
Enterprise workspaces include audit logs that track user actions, sign-in events, permission changes, and board activity. Audit logs are accessible from the Admin Console.
