Steps
Open the Sidebar on the left side of your board
Find the Shapes section (rectangles, circles, diamonds)
Drag a shape onto the canvas
Click on the shape to select it
Use the Properties Panel on the right to customize color, border, and shadow
To connect shapes, select the Connectors tool from the sidebar
Choose connector type: straight, curved, or orthogonal
Click and drag from one shape to another to create a connection
Add arrowheads by selecting the connector and using the Properties Panel
Label connectors with text for clarity

Shapes can be grouped together for organization
