Steps

  1. Create a new board and add rectangles for process steps

  2. Add diamonds for decision points or questions

  3. Add circles or rounded rectangles for start/end points

  4. Connect shapes using the straight or orthogonal connectors

  5. Add text labels to each shape describing the step or decision

  6. Use different colors to categorize steps or priority levels

  7. Label connectors with "Yes/No" for decision paths

  8. Align shapes vertically or horizontally for professional appearance

  9. Group related elements together

  10. Test the flow by tracing the path visually

Notes

  • Color coding helps viewers understand different process types

  • Consistent shape size and spacing improve readability

  • Decision diamonds should only have two exit paths (Yes/No)
