Exporting Boards

Export your completed diagrams in multiple formats for sharing, presentation, and documentation.

Steps

  1. Complete your diagram and ensure it's organized within frames if needed

  2. Click the Export button in the top toolbar

  3. Select your desired export format: PNG, JPG, SVG, MKV, MP4, PDF, or GIF

  4. Export entire board or specific frames only by using selected Area

  5. Choose resolution Quality settings (standard, high, ultra)

  6. Select Yes or No for Remove Watermark

  7. For video exports, select animation preferences

  8. Click "Download" and Export the file

  9. Use "Cloudairy Backup" to save a backup file, "Google Drive" to export directly to Google Drive, or "Save to OneDrive" for Microsoft OneDrive integration

  10. Use PNG/JPG for presentations and web sharing

  11. Use SVG/PDF for documents and professional publications

Notes

  • SVG exports maintain scalability for printing

  • MP4 exports include all animations and transitions

  • MKV format is available for video exports alongside MP4

  • PDF supports multi-page exports when using multiple frames

  • High resolution recommended for print materials

  • Direct cloud export to Google Drive and OneDrive is supported
