Templates are organized by category and use case for easy discovery and navigation.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Templates page from the left sidebar

  2. Browse "Use cases" categories: Agile Workflow, Brainstorming & Ideation, Diagramming & Mapping, Learning & Teaching, Meeting & Workshop, Strategy & Planning, System Design

  3. Browse "Category" filters: Engineering, HR & Operations, Sales & Marketing, Software & IT, Solutions Architecture

  4. View "For you" section for personalized template recommendations

  5. Check "Favourite Templates" for templates you've bookmarked

  6. View "Premium template" for advanced paid templates

  7. See "Created by you" for templates you've published

  8. Check "Shared with you" for templates shared by teammates

  9. Click "Blank Board" at the top to start with an empty canvas

  10. Click "Preview" on any template to see its details, or "Use template" to create a board from it

Notes

  • Categories are regularly updated with new templates

  • Templates within categories are sorted by popularity

  • Each category includes templates for different skill levels

  • Search across categories for more specific results
