Steps
Open your board and click "Share" in the top-right corner
"Add user from workspace" or "Copy Link"
Choose the permission level (View, Edit)
Copy the generated guest link
Send the link to your guest via email
They can access the board by clicking the link without creating an account
you can set expiration date or password by using more setting
Notes
Guest access is perfect for client reviews and external feedback
You can revoke guest access at any time
Guests cannot access other boards or your workspace settings
Consider using this for one-time shares with contractors or clients
