Steps
Open the board you want to share externally
Click the "Share" button in the top-right corner
Look for the "Share Link"
Toggle "Create Shareable Link" to enable public sharing
Copy the generated link
Select the access level for the link (Viewer, Editor)
Share the link with external users via email
The recipient can access the board without needing a Cloudairy account
Notes
Public links give access to anyone with the link, regardless of whether they have a Cloudairy account
You can disable the link at any time by toggling "Shareable Link" off
External users cannot see your workspace or other boards
Consider setting link expiration dates for sensitive boards
