Steps
Click Settings in the bottom-left corner
Go to "Billing"
Click "Manage Plan" or "Downgrade"
Select the lower plan tier you want to switch to
Review the feature restrictions of the lower plan
Ensure you meet the limits (e.g., Free plan allows only 3 boards)
Click "Confirm Downgrade" to proceed
Your downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period
Notes
Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
You must have fewer boards than your new plan allows (e.g., 3 for Free)
Features unavailable in the lower plan become read-only
You can upgrade back to a higher plan anytime
