Removing Members

Remove team members from your workspace when they no longer need access. Free up licenses and maintain workspace security.

Steps

  1. Click Settings in the bottom-left corner of your dashboard

  2. Select "Workspace Users"

  3. Find the member you want to remove in the user list

  4. Click the three-dot menu next to their name

  5. Select "Remove from workspace" from the dropdown

  6. Confirm the removal action in the pop-up

  7. The member will lose access to all workspace boards

Notes

  • Removing a member is permanent and immediate

  • The member will lose access to all boards in this workspace

  • They can be re-invited later if needed

  • Consider deactivating instead of removing if they might return
