Managing Seats

Control paid seats in your workspace. Add or remove licenses for team members based on your current needs.

Steps

  1. Click Settings in the bottom-left corner

  2. Go to "Subscription" or "Seats"

  3. View your current seat allocation and usage

  4. Click "Add Seats" to increase your paid licenses

  5. Enter the number of additional seats you want

  6. Review the prorated cost for the remainder of your billing cycle

  7. Click "Confirm" to add seats

  8. To remove a seat, go to Workspace Users and remove a paid member

Notes

  • Each paid member requires one paid seat

  • Adding seats is prorated to your current billing cycle

  • Free members don't consume paid seats

  • Removing a member from the workspace frees a seat
