Managing Teams

Add and remove team members, manage team permissions, and view all boards assigned to a team. Keep your teams organized and up-to-date.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings and click on "Teams"

  2. Select the team you want to manage from the list

  3. Set Team Profile Like Edit Team name or Team Logo

  4. Click "Invite Member" to invite people to the team

  5. To remove a member, click the "remove from team" option for selected member

  6. Set Permissions for Team Invitation Settings for who can invite users

Notes

  • You can add or remove members at any time

  • Team members inherit team-level permissions

  • Multiple teams can work on the same board

  • Removing someone from a team doesn't remove them from the workspace
