Steps

  1. Access Settings in your workspace

  2. Click "Workspace Permissions" or a similar option

  3. Use Admins for those who need to manage users and settings

  4. Use Editors for those who need to create and edit boards

  5. Regularly edit permissions to ensure security

Notes

  • Permissions cascade from workspace to boards

  • Workspace-level permissions are broader than board-level permissions

  • Only Owners can change workspace-level permission settings

  • Different organizations have different permission needs
