Workspace Access Issues

Resolve problems accessing your workspace or getting error messages when trying to log in. Troubleshoot access issues.

Steps

  1. Verify you have a valid Cloudairy account

  2. Try logging out completely and logging back in

  3. Verify you're using the correct email address

  4. Check if you've been removed from the workspace (contact your admin)

  5. If you forgot your password, use "Forgot Password" on login screen

  6. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again

  7. Try accessing from a different browser or private window

  8. Check if your account has been deactivated by the workspace owner

Notes

  • Removed members lose all workspace access immediately

  • Deactivated accounts cannot access any workspace

  • Forgotten passwords can be reset from the login screen

  • Contact your workspace admin if you believe access was removed incorrectly
