Steps

  1. Verify you're using the correct email address for your account

  2. Check that your password is correct (passwords are case-sensitive)

  3. If you forgot your password, click "Forgot Password" on the login screen

  4. Follow the password reset email instructions

  5. Check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive the reset email

  6. Clear your browser cache and cookies

  7. Try logging in from a different browser or incognito window

  8. If you still can't log in, contact [email protected]

Notes

  • Password reset links expire after 24 hours

  • SSO (single sign-on) users should use that method instead of password

  • Two-factor authentication may be required depending on security settings

  • Contact support if you're locked out of your account
