Refresh the template browser page
Try creating a new board using the template
If it doesn't load, clear your cache and try again
Check that you have sufficient board slots for a new template board
Try the template on a different browser
Contact support if the template never loads
Request a custom template from support if needed

Some templates are only available on paid plans
Free plan limits the number of boards (3 maximum)
Template availability varies by subscription level
Broken templates should be reported to support immediately
